If you have any question as to why you are not making the progress you want to be making, I highly recommend Leigh’s Fat Loss Trouble Shoot. She gives so much great information on fat loss in general, but also how to correct your fat loss problems. It is packed with nutrition and training information. I learned SO MUCH from her program! This is another “must have” in your fitness/ nutrition library!
